Healthy Heart A to Z
In association with the Society of Chest Pain Centers and the Hope Heart Institute, A to Z Health is launching two distinct platforms for patients recently diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome or those with cardiac risk factors: A to Z Health’s annual Heart Resource Guide and the Healthy Heart A to Z DVD. While these free materials will be delivered via several channels, the primary channel will be Accredited Chest Pain Centers caring for patients with cardiac disease. Fourteen percent of the hospitals in the U.S. are currently accredited centers, providing an enormous audience receptive to educational materials that help patients prevent initial or subsequent cardiac events.
